Yayha Namiq: The foreign students of civil engineering were invited by (Kevin & Angelica) to have a meeting. The meeting had a friendly style, since we all met in a restaurant for dinner. At the beginning we all briefly introduced ourselves, and then we started hearing from the seniors about their experience. And then the new students started to ask questions and explain the difficulties they are facing. Personally I learned a lot that night and I found it very useful, and it was nice of the student association to pay a cut of the dinner. I really hope we have more of these events, even with the participation of the Taiwanese classmates. Ana Viegas: The dinner was a great experience. I think it was an opportunity to know better about seniors’ experiences, learn better about school facilities and also great bonds between the old and young. It’s funny and hope we can bring more people and arrange more next time! 林秀雯：第一次聚餐覺得很開心！！雖然有一點失望沒有很多人來，特別是大一的，但是我們那天有了我們學長巴新平跟我們講他整個過程的經驗還有一些我們該知道的事情，讓我們那天得到很多收穫！我也覺得自我介紹的部份，很好笑！ 那天好像大家都蠻開心的。 還有提到下次的幾個活動，希望讓更多的人來參加：) 洪崇文：很高興系學會國際生部的首次聚會圓滿成功！會中有各個年級的同學，而我們也成功認識彼此並打成一片，開心地聊聊自己的興趣或是最近遇到的一些有趣的事。而遇到問題大家也會直接提出，經過熱烈的討論後基本上都能有解答。另外在聚會後段，我們的巴新平學長也提出許多課業上的建議，並且分享一些生活及未來人生規劃的想法與經歷，實在受益良多！美中不足的是，此次的聚會原先主要是設計給大一的新生們參與，希望他們能夠藉此聚餐認識更高年級的學長姐們，如此將更容易尋求協助，但此次他們參與率不高，希望下次能更多人一起來共襄盛會！
